06/08/2001 Entry: "cingular sucks!"
ok, i know i rave about my cell phone plan and service... and i do like it, but man does their website suck! it is the most user unfriendly thing ever in the world! among my many complaints, my most current one is that i just got my bill in the mail for last month, but today i just got an email notice saying that the bill before that is ready to be paid (which i already paid last month) and this months bill isnt up in their online billing place yet, so i cant pay it online. its soooo dumb, so i called customer service (which i accidently found the phone number to online by putting in my wrong password, cause their website sucks) and told them that i wanted to pay my bill online, but their online shit sucks so bad that (even though it should be faster than paper mail its a month behind) its not up there yet. so i asked this lady at customer service to find me a number or email address of someone having anything to do with their online services so i can ask them why its a month slow (cause it should be fast). and she puts me on hold forever! i think she is trying to break me, make me hang up... she must assume i have something better to do with myself on a friday night... well, shes wrong!
